Careers at QUESTROV
QUESTROV engineers work on industrial monitoring platforms, operational data systems, integrations, and long-lived software used in real production environments. We are not advertising fixed openings at the moment, but we are always happy to hear from people whose skills and mindset strongly align with this kind of work.
Working At QUESTROV
We care about code quality, practical engineering judgement, and systems that continue to work reliably long after they are first shipped.
The work often involves understanding plant or operational constraints, thinking carefully about integration behaviour, and making software maintainable for the long term rather than only optimising for speed of initial delivery.
People who enjoy real-world problem solving, clear architecture, disciplined implementation, and learning across systems tend to fit well with this style of engineering.
If you like building software that matters to day-to-day operations, QUESTROV is the kind of environment where that work is valued.
Skills and Backgrounds We Welcome
Even when there is no formal role listed, we are interested in hearing from engineers and technical specialists with strong fundamentals and a practical approach to building software.
Relevant backgrounds may include backend or full-stack development, data and telemetry pipelines, industrial integrations, systems programming, platform engineering, infrastructure, testing, observability, and long-life enterprise or operational software.
Experience with production systems, industrial environments, control-system-adjacent software, or maintainability-focused engineering is especially valuable.
What matters most is thoughtful technical judgement and the ability to build software that people can trust in live environments.
Software Engineers
Python, React, backend services, data pipelines, AI/ML-adjacent systems, operational dashboards, APIs, and maintainable full-stack delivery.
Test Engineers
Automation testing with Playwright, structured manual testing, regression discipline, and familiarity with desktop or device-adjacent test workflows.
AI / ML Engineers
Applied machine learning, data preparation, model evaluation, analytics, and the practical judgment to work from operational data instead of demo datasets.
Electronics / Automation Engineers
Industrial electronics, controls, PLC-adjacent integration, telemetry acquisition, protocol familiarity, and field-side troubleshooting.
How To Reach Out
If you think your background aligns with the kind of engineering work described here, send your CV and a short introduction to:
It helps to include your technical background, the kinds of systems you have worked on, and what type of role or problem space interests you most.
We review strong profiles even when there is no active public opening and reach out when there is a compelling fit.
